Nokta Estates & Construction, having just built and moved into their new offices show they are here to stay.
Looking to the future is key to Nokta Estates and construction, established in 2000. So the World economic downturn has not been regarded as negative, but has been seen as an opportunity to reniew the position of the company. To see where the company has been and where they are going, taking it step-by-step every day to move forward.
The new office in Karaoglanoglu, west of Girne, was designed, built and funded by the company, and took years to design. Taking 1 months to build, the interior is nearly 2000sq meters and it is the biggest Estate and Construction office in Cyprus. The building is the company’s flagship, showing that they are still going strong and looking to the future.
The offices are luxurious and incorporate a lot of state of the art technology. Nokta Estates believe that the investment in both their company and the island will last into the future. This style of luxury and technology is above average for most of the world, but in North Cyprus it is well ahead of the rest.
Alfa Kaynakkan and his business partner Yalcin Kocyigit have both travelled extensively and this is reflected in their professional attitudes and focus. The are keen to keep up with technology and take North Cyprus forward. They are forever reviewing their project and this shows in the systems that they have installed as well as their achievements.
