1. £1,000 as a down payment under reservation agreement.
2. 15% less the reservation fee upon signing of the contract.
3. 10% on completion of foundation structure.
4. 10% on completion of half of the frame.
5. 10% on completion of the frame.
6. 15% on completion of brickwork, plastering and roof work.
7. 10% on completion of water and electricity connection and all utilities inside of the property.
8. 10% on completion of tiling, flooring and interior plastering work.
9. 15% on completion of windows, doors, kitchen, bedroom wardrobes.
10. 5% on completion and hand over of the keys and clients satisfaction.
