Payment Plan

We are always happy to discuss our payment plans and are able to be flexible to suit our client’s requirements. Below is an example of one of our plans

£1,000 as a down payment under reservation agreement.
15% less the reservation fee upon signing of the contract.
10% on completion of foundation structure.
10% on completion of half of the frame.
10% on completion of the frame.
15% on completion of brickwork, plastering and roof work.
10% on completion of water and electricity connection and all utilities inside of the property.
10% on completion of tiling, flooring and interior plastering work.
15% on completion of windows, doors, kitchen, bedroom wardrobes.
5% on completion and hand over of the keys and clients satisfaction.

We are able to personalise our payment plans to suit each of our client’s budgets and financial planning. We can also give you advice on mortgages and other stage payment options.
