Wills

It is strongly advisable that you make a will for your property and estate in North Cyprus. When you live in a foreign country where the laws on inheritance can differ widely from the UK it is important to follow a few simple rules to make life easier for your dependents.

• If you have assets in a foreign country make sure you have a local will.
• If you have assets in the UK make sure you have a UK will.
• Make sure your will is up to date.
• Let your dependents know the location of your will.
