Alfa Kaynakkan – Managing Director (alfa@noktaestates.com)

Alfa is one of the partners of the company and runs the business. He is a graduate from the G.A.U. University. He has been living in Northern Cyprus for the past 12 years. Where he moved from Mersin, Turkey where his father owns one of the largest Construction Companies, where Alfa gained all his experience. If Alfa doesn't know the answer, it was not worth asking the question...

Yalçin Koçyiğit – Managing Director (yalcin@noktaestates.com)

Yalcin is the other partner of the Company. He is a well respected person in our community and a self made business man. Yalcin leads our negotiations for land purchases and oversees all Government paperwork procedures.

Ali Ihsan Akça - Customer Service (ali@noktaestates.com)

Ali has been part of the Nokta Team for 4 years and is our sales manager and customer services. He is a local man with over 10 year employment in the Kyrenia area. He is responsible for the day to day customer sales and service activities.

Sarah Tay – Directors Assistant & Sales (info@noktaestates.com)

Leaving London behind and now living in Northern Cyprus for 7 years Sarah has well adapted to life in North Cyprus. Her role also includes marketing, liaising daily with overseas agents and clients and working together with Alfa Kaynakkan focusing on future projects and sales.

Nevin Tanışman – ‘In office’ accountant

Originally from the beautiful Karpaz area is responsible for maintaining our office accounts, office administration, purchasing of construction supplies and generally keeps everything running smoothly within the office.

Nihat Güler – Chief Engineer

Our Chief Engineer and site foreman overseas all of our construction projects from start to finish. Nihat and the Company Directors have daily meetings to discuss progress and developments.

Fatih Terzi – Architect

Fatih has advanced professional qualifications and has won many awards for his work. We are proud to have him as a member of our team. With his imagination, foresight and skill we are able to provide our customers with a portfolio of fabulous unique designs to choose from.

Mahmut Sezinler – Financial Adviser and Auditor

Mahmut has vast experience in the world of finance. Previously General Manager of a well known bank he is now our out of office Accountant and Financial Advisor.  His advice and educated forecasts helps us to keep going from strength to strength.
