Alfa Kaynakkan – Managing Director (alfa@noktaestates.com)
Alfa is one of the partners of the company and runs the business. He is a graduate from the G.A.U. University. He has been living in Northern Cyprus for the past 12 years. Where he moved from Mersin, Turkey where his father owns one of the largest Construction Companies, where Alfa gained all his experience. If Alfa doesn't know the answer, it was not worth asking the question...
Yalçın Koçyiğit – Managing Director (info@noktaestates.com)
Yalçın is the other partner of the Company. He is a well respected person in our community and a self made business man. Yalçın leads our negotiations for land purchases and oversees all Government paperwork procedures. He is also General Secretary of Northern Cyprus Estate Agent Union.
Ali Ihsan Akça - Chief Sales Negotiator/Customer Service (ali@noktaestates.com)
Ali has been part of the Nokta Team for over 6 years and is our Chief Sales Negotiator and customer services. He is a local man with over 12 year employment in the Kyrenia area. He is responsible for the day to day customer sales and service activities.
Parastu Ercan - Chief Sales Negotiator/Customer Service (info@noktaestates.com)
Our Sales Manager Parastu comes originally from Iran and brought her may years experience with her. She’s been living in North Cyprus over 15 years. She is Electronic Engineer and graduated International Law from GAU. Parastu has just joined in to our new office and she is in charge day by day Property Sales and Rentals.
Rita Kadynets - Russia Specialist (sales@noktaestates.com)
Rita just recently joined Nokta team and is helping us to move brand Nokta on to the Russian market. Rita helps to make the right decision in investing in North Cyprus, cooperates with Russian agents and clients.
Nevin Tanışman – ‘In office’ accountant
Originally from the beautiful Karpaz area is responsible for maintaining our office accounts, office administration, purchasing of construction supplies and generally keeps everything running smoothly within the office.
Nihat Güler – Chief Engineer
Our Chief Engineer and site foreman overseas all of our construction projects from start to finish. Nihat and the Company Directors have daily meetings to discuss progress and developments.
Fatih Terzi – Architect
Fatih has advanced professional qualifications and has won many awards for his work. We are proud to have him as a member of our team. With his imagination, foresight and skill we are able to provide our customers with a portfolio of fabulous unique designs to choose from.
Mahmut Sezinler – Financial Adviser and Auditor
Mahmut has vast experience in the world of finance. Previously General Manager of a well known bank he is now our out of office Accountant and Financial Advisor. His advice and educated forecasts helps us to keep going from strength to strength.
