From the viewing of a potential property or land to beyond handing over the keys we stand 2 steps ahead of our 'friends' to guide them in the right direction.

During the process of building a property, NOKTA's staff are always at hand to make life easier and help in any way that they can. On completion of a property NOKTA staff are still by our customers' side.

  • Permission - We take care of all relevant documents for North Cyprus property.

  • Solicitor - The choice is yours, however should you wish you can use our own solicitor.

  • Furniture's / White goods - We will introduce our Customers to various suppliers to obtain discount prices. Any problems regarding selection, delivery and installation we will help resolve.

  • Building Specification - Up until the completion of your home we will endeavor to meet any design, alterations you wish.

  • Accomodation - Details on request.

  • Car Hire - Details on request.

  • Insurance - We work with leading banks to give our customers the best insurance terms and cover possible.

  • We gather any additional information that the customer requests whether it is our field of business or not

After the hand over of keys, we keep in close contact with our customers and make sure that everything is orderly concerning the property. If for any reason a problem occurs on our behalf, we immediately fix it. If a problem arises on the customer's behalf, we help by contacting the necessary people.

If the customers are not in the country, we look after their property, which varies from security down to watering the plants.

If a customer decides to rent their property after completion, we prepare the relevant papaerwork and find them tenants.
