From the viewing of a potential property or land to beyond handing over the keys we stand 2 steps ahead of our 'friends' to guide them in the right direction. During the process of building a property, NOKTA's staff are always at hand to make life easier and help in any way that they can. On completion of a property NOKTA staff are still by our customers' side.
After the hand over of keys, we keep in close contact with our customers and make sure that everything is orderly concerning the property. If for any reason a problem occurs on our behalf, we immediately fix it. If a problem arises on the customer's behalf, we help by contacting the necessary people. If the customers are not in the country, we look after their property, which varies from security down to watering the plants. If a customer decides to rent their property after completion, we prepare the relevant papaerwork and find them tenants. |
