PAYMENT OPTIONS   1. 100% cash will get a 5% discount. 2. 10% up front and the balance is divided into 12 months. 3. 30% up front, 40% six months later, 25% 3 months after that and 5% on hand over of the keys. 4. 50% up front, 25% six months later, 20% three months after that and 5% on hand over of the keys. 5. 25% up front, 25% three months later, 25% three months after that, 20% three months after that and 5% on hand over of the keys. 6. 50% up front, nothing until the house is completed then with an 7% interest per annum the balance is divided into monthly installments up to five years.
